You'll receive a comprehensive intake questionnaire covering all six foundational areas — sleep, digestion, nutrition, movement, stress, and inner life. This gives us a deep, honest picture of where you are before we begin.

Your first session

We go through your intake together, get clear on your goals, and map out your path forward. This is where the work begins.

Weekly 1:1 sessions

We meet weekly via Zoom — addressing progress, challenges, wins, and next steps. The work adapts to your life as it unfolds, not the other way around.

Your personal blueprint

By the end of our time together, you understand your body and your health deeply enough to self-correct for life. Not dependency — mastery.

3 Months — Foundations

12 sessions · weekly 60 min · 1:1 via Zoom
